Introduction

यह गोपनीयता नीति अब्दुल कलाम कप 2025 के लिए आपकी जानकारी के उपयोग और सुरक्षा को समझाती है।

Information we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, mobile number, address.
• Player data: photograph, playing preferences (batting/bowling), and age (DOB).
• Transaction data: order ID and payment status from Razorpay (we do not store your card/UPI details).
• Technical data: limited device/browser info necessary to render the site and process forms.

How we use your information

• To register participants and manage tournament logistics.
• To verify payments and confirm entries.
• To contact you about schedules, updates, and results.
• To comply with legal requirements and resolve disputes.

Sharing and disclosure

आपका डेटा केवल अधिकृत आयोजक टीम द्वारा एक्सेस किया जाएगा; किसी मार्केटिंग उद्देश्य हेतु तीसरे पक्ष को नहीं बेचा/शेयर किया जाएगा। We may share necessary information with payment processors (Razorpay) and venue authorities only as required.

Payments

भुगतान Razorpay द्वारा प्रोसेस होता है; हम आपके कार्ड/UPI डिटेल्स अपने सर्वर पर स्टोर नहीं करते। Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Please review Razorpay’s privacy policy for details about how they process your data.

Your rights

• Access and correction of your data.
• Deletion requests where applicable (subject to legal/audit constraints).
• Withdrawal of consent for non-essential processing.

डेटा संरक्षण अवधि

रजिस्ट्रेशन डेटा टूर्नामेंट समाप्ति के 12 महीनों तक ऑडिट और विजेता सत्यापन हेतु रखा जा सकता है, उसके बाद सुरक्षित रूप से डिलीट/आर्काइव किया जाएगा।
