• Transaction data: order ID and payment status from Razorpay (we do not store your card/UPI details).
• Technical data: limited device/browser info necessary to render the site and process forms.

• To register participants and manage tournament logistics.
• To verify payments and confirm entries.
• To contact you about schedules, updates, and results.
• To comply with legal requirements and resolve disputes.

Sharing and disclosure

Your data is accessed only by the authorized organizing team and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing. We may share necessary information with payment processors (Razorpay) and venue authorities only as required.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Please review Razorpay’s privacy policy for details about how they process your data.

Your rights

• Access and correction of your data.
• Deletion requests where applicable (subject to legal/audit constraints).
• Withdrawal of consent for non-essential processing.

Data Retention

Registration data is retained for audit and winner verification for up to 12 months after the tournament ends, and then deleted or archived securely.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS for data-in-transit and restricted access to storage.
