Our refund and cancellation policy for the Abdul Kalam Cup 2025 is as follows:

Refund cases

  • Registration fees are generally non-refundable once the payment is successful.
  • If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued or entries will be shifted to a new date.
  • Partial or exceptional refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the organizing committee.

How to request

Write to aasifkhanbi3@gmail.com with your Registration ID, payment reference, and reason. We aim to respond within 5–7 working days.

Processing time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method by Razorpay within 5–10 working days, subject to bank timelines.
