Overview
By registering for the Abdul Kalam Cup 2025, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
- The registration fee is ₹500 and seats are limited; entries are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Participants must provide accurate personal details and may be asked to show valid ID proof at any time.
Conduct and fair play
- The umpire/organizer’s decision will be final and binding.
- No abuse, hate speech, threats, or damage to property (see below: Liability & Indemnity).
- Alcohol/drugs are strictly prohibited at the venue.
Safety and compliance
- Players must follow all safety instructions and local regulations at the venue.
- Players are encouraged to use proper gear (e.g., guards/gloves) as appropriate.
- Emergency protocols at the venue must be followed as directed by officials.
Registration, payment, and cancellations
- The registration fee is ₹500 and seats are limited; entries are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Entries may be cancelled for fake/incorrect information or misconduct.
- Refunds shall follow our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
Media and publicity consent
By participating, you consent to being photographed/filmed for event coverage and promotions. If you have an objection, please contact the organizer before the match begins.
Liability & indemnity
Participation is voluntary. While reasonable precautions are taken, the organizer shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence. Participants agree to indemnify the organizer against claims arising from their misconduct.
